Terms and Conditions krwin – Platform User Guide

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated here unless the context requires otherwise:

• "krwin" or "Platform" — refers to the krwin.plus website along with all services, apps, and products offered by the company.
• "Member" or "User" — any individual who has registered and is using krwin services.
• "Account" — a personal account registered by the User to access krwin services.
• "Balance" — the total funds available in a User's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any credits, cashback, promotional offers, or other rewards granted to the User.
• "Software Provider" — a third-party company that supplies gaming software to krwin.

References to the male gender include the female gender and vice versa. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa, unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register as a krwin member, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on any gambling exclusion list or prohibited from using online services by any relevant authority.
• Registering for yourself — registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. krwin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to supply the required documents may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

3User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the krwin platform. Holding more than one account by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms, and all related accounts, including their balances, may be terminated without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs within your account.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notifying krwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Krwin shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access arising from the User's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on krwin are processed through licensed and legitimate payment methods. We support a variety of local payment options including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay for the convenience of Malaysian members.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's deposit page.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Funds from third-party sources are not accepted and will be returned.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit (anti-money laundering policy).

Some general rules that apply to all games:

• Game results are final. Any disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 24 hours.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, any unresolved wagers will be settled based on krwin's server records.
• The use of any unauthorized automated software, bots, or assistive tools in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Wins obtained through illegitimate means will be voided.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Krwin's total liability to any User under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10Account Termination

Termination by Member: You may close your krwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal.

Termination by krwin: krwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if:

• You have breached any of the terms in this document.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• A directive from the relevant authorities requires us to do so.
• You have enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

11Changes to Terms and Conditions

Krwin reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you through:
